Side A – Rules 

  • Out of Bounds (White Stakes):Stroke + distance (replay from previous spot).
  • Penalty Area (Red Stakes): Drop within 2 club-lengths of entry point or opposite side+1 stroke.
  • Penalty Area (Yellow Stakes):Drop back on line from point of entry, +1 stroke.
  • Lost Ball:3 minute search max. If lost, stroke + distance.
  • Unplayable Lie:Drop within 2 club-lengths, back on line, or replay, +1 stroke.
  • Provisional Ball:Play if original may be lost/OB.
  • Maximum Clubs:14 clubs allowed. 
  • Pace of Play:40 sec per shot, keep up with group.
  • Bunker Rule:No grounding club or touching sand before shot.
  • Ball Marking:Mark  your ball before lifting on green.

Side B – Stableford and Etiquette 

Stableford Points – Points are given after adjusting for your handicap strokes on each hole.

  • Double Bogey + = 0 pts
  • Bogey = 1 pt
  • Par = 2 pts
  • Birdie = 3 pts
  • Eagle = 4 pts
  • Albatross = 5 pts

Handicap Stroke Index

  • Strokes go to hardest holes (index 1, 2, 3…).
  • Example: If you get 10 handicap strokes, subtract 1 shot on holes rated 1–10.

Golf Etiquette Reminders

  • Replace divots, repair pitch marks.
  • Rake bunkers after use.
  • Stand still & silent when others hit.
  • Keep pace and be ready to play.
